Trek Travel VIP access to Tour De France

Trek Travel did a great job getting us these VIP access passes for the Tour De France start in Wanze. VIP access to the Tour De France puts you right in the middle of the action. It gives you the same access as members of the press and puts you inside the fence that keeps all the other fans at bay. Pro cycling riders litterally have to push past you and the press to get to the start line and you are up close and personal with all the gear and the team buses too.

Here's a short video, sorry about the movement of my Iphone, showing Mark Cavendish and a bunch of the other riders going to the starting line. It really lets you see how close you are to them and much in the middle of things a VIP pass can put you.

The riders stop to give interviews and sign autographs and then they all head to the starting line to get ready to compete. This level of access was amazing and Trek Travel really came through for us with the VIP passes.

The Tour De France fans

Here's another dedicated fan taking some of upclose shots of a Radio Shack team rider as he stopped in front of her ... Question is what exactly is she taking a picture of ?

OK I don't know if this girl was a fan or worked for team Radio Shack or what ... The thing is she was the hottest woman at the event that day and so she deserves some special recognition.
